Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to a full time undergraduate students enrolled or planning to enroll at The Pennsylvania State University who have achieved superior academic records and whose home address of record is located in the state of Florida. The Office of Student Aid is responsible for identifying the eligible pool of students. First preference shall be given to students whose home address of record is the Central Florida Tri County Chapter geographic area. If no students meet the first prefernce in a given year, funds will be awarded to any student in the eligible pool from the state of Florida, regardless of preference.
